Services

As a full spectrum doula, I support many different reproductive health journeys. You may be someone wanting to learn more about cycle tracking and fertility, a couple planning for pregnancy and birth, a family preparing a support system for the postpartum period, or a person seeking support for a pregnancy loss.

I provide knowledgeable and nurturing care for all of these situations. I tailor my support to the unique needs of the individual client or family. Reproductive health is a deeply personal area of an individual’s life—when you choose to work with me, I promise to honor the invitation into such a sacred space by participating with humility, empathy, discretion, and respect.

reproductive Health

Navigating sexual health education, fertility, pregnancy loss, medical procedures, surgeries, and birth control decisions can all be complex, high-stakes journeys to navigate. In these situations, I can serve as a thought partner— providing a combination of information, resources, and care to fit the unique needs and preferences of my clients.

Pregnancy & Birth

There are many decisions to be made around pregnancy and birth which can be both exciting and overwhelming. I provide evidence-based education and resources to help you engage in thoughtful planning. I serve as a non-judgmental sounding board to be sure you feel confident and supported in your choices for both yourself and baby.

Postpartum

Postpartum is a sacred time that should receive the same level of care and intentional planning that’s given to preparing for birth. I provide guidance and support to facilitate a smooth transition to the postpartum phase. We will work together to make purposeful preparations, so the birthing person and baby are supported as they need to be, and the entire family can thrive.
